Welcome 2019


Try if you can to be Realistic with yourself.


Set yourself realistic goals, but even more important - goals for you not for anyone else.



 Your first goal should be start to look after yourself. Try not to put yourself under too much pressure in the new year.


Secondly if there is something that you have always wanted to do, make this your year to do it. 

This might seem to contradict the first goal.  Its all about you, if i had one thing that i would try to tell people ,is to do something that makes YOU happy.  


Don't make your life complicated , keep it simple. Decide on that one thing you have always thought you would like to achieve and keep it simple , and just do it.


Finally pick a day each month where you take yourself away from your normal routine and retreat.

This could be having a relaxing bath, putting on a mud mask. A glass of wine is optional.




Listening to your favourite music, giving yourself time to just sit and be in the moment.




Having a day where you get a box set of your favourite films and watch them back to back in front of an open fire.



Lastly enjoy your life ,you have only one.
